Commission: Adele and Kevin by FerryQueen Commission: Adele and Kevin by FerryQueen
An art trade for GabiSaKuRa. An adorable scene of Kevin offering a jawbreaker to Adele. Call it a gift. Kevin rides a unicycle, which is a Christmas gift from his best friend Rolf.

That's so sweet of Kevin to give her this jawbreaker!

And I didn't know you do art trades and commissions! :wow:

Many people have been asking me art trades and commissions, and I usually refuse to do both.

I understand. Do you have a reason why you decline both art trades and commissions?

Somtimes, I don't enjoy doing requests. It seems people are using me just to draw something for them. I never ask anyone for an art trade cause I can draw my own ideas.

Mhmm. I understand that they can be way too much for you to handle, so it's fine if you don't do any art trades, commissions, and requests at all. ^^
Do what you wish to do as an artist.

What do I wish to do as an artist? That's a good, but a hard question to answer. People say I should for Disney or other movies, such as concepts. Some say they can see me doing children's book illustrations. That is one of my ideas.

It may be hard, but I wish to watch my own animation come to life.

If you saw some of the dresses I drew, I always wanted to design such beautiful gowns or jewelry that would cost over a million bucks (but I don't know how to sew a dress or forge a piece of jewelry)!

I also want to be a singer-songwriter, but it's a poor job because nobody appreciates artists or musicians (I don't know why). If I were a rich woman, I would normally by daily needs like any commen person would. I wouldn't waste money on drugs, tatoos or mansions. Sorry, I got carried away.

I get depressed just thinking about it, especially hearing my mother nagging about my ideas. Everyone says God has a plan for all of us, but what about "our" plans? If only I could find a way to be a little realistic by getting a job, but not give up on my plans.

After seeing all your Disney, Don Bluth, and the Cartoon Network-style works you have done marvelously, the dresses you drew out, and the beautiful songs you wrote, you will be such a successful artist that any aspiring singer and/or artist would want to be inspired by. Though sewing and earning fame are tough to do, they can't stop you from doing what you do as an artist and as a person.

Do not ever give up. Quitters never win and winners never quit, and you... are a winner.
